In an effort to streamline your care, we are now offering shorter appointment times with Dr. Sara.
Effectively immediately, patients will have the option to see her for 25 minutes ($250) or 50 ($500). Lab reviews will continue to be scheduled for 50 minutes. However, plan updates and questions, guidance on at-home or in-clinic treatments and problem-focused consultations can now be scheduled for 25 minutes.

Charlotte Widick, APRN, is now our in-house Mistletoe Advocate. Her new responsibilities will include guiding you in obtaining your mistletoe, learning how to administer it, monitoring the effects, and addressing any issues associated with the mistletoe.
Please look for an email with more information regarding her work with mistletoe and how the advocacy program can benefit you.

As we approach the end of the year, many people have requested itemized, coded receipts for reimbursement purposes. Please be aware that Root Causes Medicine does not contract or participate with any insurance provider, and we are therefore unable to code receipts. We are happy to provide our taxonomy and provider IDs along with your sales receipt. However, CPT or procedure codes, are not something we are able to include at this time.
