Beginning next week, February 2, 2026, The Breath Box Studio at Root Causes Medicine will offer group sessions every Monday and Friday at 9 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM.

Remote attendance has been enabled for ALL SESSIONS!

To register, visit breathbox.studio and choose the class date and time you are interested in. Members should use the discount code RC50 at checkout to receive special pricing. 

Confirmation emails will be sent with instructions on how to access the session remotely.

The 2026 Membership Agreement has been released and can be found at https://form.jotform.com/253426962675064. All members are asked to sign and accept the new terms prior to 30 January 2026, in order to avoid lapses in care and appointment cancellations.
