The Amplify III saunas have moved to the main part of the office, Suite 119. 

Please arrive already dressed for your session as there is no longer a bathroom in the same room.

Also, please be advised that these saunas can accommodate up to three people at one time; and appointments may be scheduled simultaneously so that Sauna 1 and Sauna 2 are in use at the same time.

The BreathBox schedule has changed to accommodate the increasing demand for online attendance options. Please see the new schedule.

To register, visit breathbox.studio and choose the class date and time you are interested in. Members should use the discount code RC50 at checkout to receive special pricing. 

Confirmation emails will be sent with instructions on how to access the session remotely.

The 2026 Membership Agreement has been released and can be found at https://form.jotform.com/253426962675064. All members are asked to sign and accept the new terms prior to 30 January 2026, in order to avoid lapses in care and appointment cancellations.
